Construction due to start January 2025

This Floreat home is set back from the road providing an opportunity for a large front garden. We managed the sloping plot by creating a large terrace using planting to enclose the space, and introduced some large steps to lead to the front entrance. We chose Corten steel to tonally relate to the brown feature brick wall, building a material and plant pallet of subtle browns, rusty tones and creams. We feel this helps assimilate this modern home into its leafy suburban surrounds.
